Sharing GENE-515 with 5th Grade Readers!

Last month I had a great time sharing GENE-515 with a class of local 5th graders.

After reading the first chapter of GENE515, I shared character concept art and spent time talking with the students about the creative process. I was amazed by the thoughtful questions from the kids, and how many were excited about being storytellers. I've been day dreaming since I was a kid, creating stories that I'm fortunate to be able to share through my writing or art. I hope some of the kids left the reading inspired to day dream and find ways to share their stories. GENE-515, Volume 1 available HERE at Barnes & Noble.
